Judge Marilyn Zayas, the first Latina judge elected to an Ohio Court of Appeals, and current Supreme Court Candidate, gave a powerful message to scholars at East High School. She shared her story about growing up in Spanish Harlem and her journey from the corporate world to eventually attending law school to be an attorney. Judge Zayas conveyed that our scholars can bring something unique into spaces and encouraged everyone that for change to happen, you must be a part of it.
