This page will step you through the process of requesting your YCSD computer device. Scholars in grades K-1 and scholars at RECMS will receive an iPad, scholars in grades 2-12 will receive a Chromebook. These devices will be assigned to the scholars for the entire year, and will be returned at the end of the year. Families will submit one request per scholar for these devices.
The Parent/Guardian will fill out a very simple electronic form requesting the device for their scholar. ONE FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED PER SCHOLAR. Upon completion of the form, the parent/guardian will receive an email that their request was received. The school will then prepare the device and assign it to the scholar during the first week of school. Paper forms will be sent home for scholars and families who do not complete the online request process.
