It's been ten years since Youngstown has had a Hispanic Heritage Festival. But that all changed with the inaugural Hola Fest held on September 23 at the Covelli Center. The East High School baseball team and YREC scholars from Ms. Ramos' class (she also created the float!) helped kick off the event in a parade that honored Hispanic and Latino cultures worldwide.
