The day kicks off at 11:30 a.m. with The Light Church worship experience, led by Dr. Mark T. Jackson, who will deliver an inspiring word and pray a special blessing over all students, teachers, school staff, and administrators returning for the new school year.
At 1:00 p.m., the community expo and giveaway begin. Families can enjoy free school supplies, free bookbags, haircuts, food, and resources from local organizations. There will be fun activities for all ages and vendors on site, making it an afternoon full of encouragement, empowerment, and excitement.
