The Youngstown Board of Education is pleased to announce the National Bullying Prevention Month Poster Contest winners. Thank you to all of the scholars who participated. Their incredible artwork showcased creativity and the true spirit of the contest, which was to raise awareness about how impactful bullying is and how we must work to combat it. The Board welcomes all winners to be recognized and receive their prizes in person at the 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 29, Board of Education meeting at Choffin CTC
