Scholars from Chaney and East High Schools came together ahead of tomorrow's big game to paint the "unity boulder" at East High School, celebrating their upcoming merger into Youngstown High School in Fall 2026!

A huge thank you goes to the people who made this possible:
John and Lynn Schulte for generously donating the boulder.
Derrick McDowell (Youngstown Flea founder) for coordinating the effort.
The DiSalvo Campaign, Connell Inc., and Michael Ramun of Exodus Industrial for providing free transport.
Youngstown City Schools Superintendent Jeremy Batchelor for approving the idea.
As Ms. Cataldo put it: "...No matter what side of the bridge you're from, we can come together for a great cause because we are all Team Youngstown. We are all defending the Y."
Thank you to all for making this new tradition and lasting legacy possible!
