In this year's graduating class, 50 scholars earned the Y-STAR scholarship and will attend Youngstown State University tuition-free through the generosity of the Youngstown Foundation. Graduates also earned other scholarships including the Governor's Award, The Rotary Club, and credentials through Choffin Career and Technical Center. Thank you to the speaker and East alumnus Pastor Rafael Cruz for his motivational keynote, and East staff for a smooth ceremony. Congratulations, Scholars!
