Choffin Career & Technical Center will be hosting an open house on Tuesday, May 16th, to showcase their Public Safety Academy.
The Public Safety Academy houses the Criminal Justice, Fire, EMS, and Telecommunications career-tech programs. Scholars are trained through hands-on experiences such as working alongside law enforcement, fire, and EMT professionals utilizing vehicles and equipment that meet industry standards.
You're invited to tour the academy labs, meet program instructors, current scholars, and the ChoffinCTC administration, as well as check out the Public Safety vehicle fleet, including their new ambulance and fire truck.
Refreshments will be provided courtesy of Mission BBQ (Boardman location).
