Join us at the 2023 Youngstown City Schools Celebration of Art Juried Art Show on May 3 at 6:00 p.m. at the main campus of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County, 300 Wick Avenue. Our scholar artists' will be recognized for their incredible talents; you don't want to miss it!
